Needing or wanting

Some people seem to need or want others around them. They have a social network of people and family.
Bryon had me and I had him, that was enough for us. We really didn't have a lot if friends, not the kind that you went out for dinner with or played cards with. Now I find I can go days without talking to anyone or seeing anyone and it doesn't bother me. If I had the means I would pack up take my dogs and find some remote place to live. Bryon and I often dreamed and talked of such a place. It didn't matter if it didn't have all the modern amenities. It would have been our sanctuary.
